Unsurpassed service in this or any industry! I called on a Saturday night because my emergency alarm was going off and I received a call back within 10 min, I was not even a regular customer. Keith stayed on the call with me for almost an hour walking me through the steps to fix the issue. He also provided excellent on-site follow-up service later to verify that the steps we took permanently solved the issue. D&J Septic will now be the company I turn to for all my future septic needs!
